Shirt Re-shape
This large man western shirt has been sitting in my closet NO LESS than one year. I wanted to take it in, or something to that effect. Today, I made it happen. I was shocked that it only took me 1.5 hours. I cut down each side at an A line angle following a dress I got at Brooklyn Industries. I also followed the sleeves.

Knit Shrug
My client asked me if I would be interested in making a shrug for her. I compiled a list of patterns and we picked one out. After I began knitting according to the pattern, I realized that it had to be abandoned. Things were coming out too wide. The pattern was using too much yarn. So I improvised it to look like what we chose. It was really frustrating.

Project: Cotton Napkins
I’ve been wanting to get rid of my fabric scraps and one way I thought I could make it happen is by making (patchy) cloth napkins. So, surprisingly, it took me several hours to make… one and almost two napkins. Sad.
